Catawiki is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth across Japan by developing strategic relationships with top sellers. This role requires strong relationship management and commercial acumen.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the e-commerce or auction sectors. You excel at building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success. Your commercial acumen allows you to identify growth opportunities and maximize seller performance, profitability, and satisfaction. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that you are always aligned with the goals of both Catawiki and your clients. In this role, you will focus on developing long-term strategic relationships with top sellers in Japan, bringing the best of the Japanese watch world to a global audience. You will collaborate closely with our international Watches and Jewellery team to strengthen Catawiki's reputation as the leading platform for special objects. Your responsibilities will include account management and growth strategy, where you will build and maintain high-value relationships with sellers and strategic partners. You will analyze seller performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that your clients receive the support they need to succeed. You will also work on developing and implementing strategies that align with Catawiki's overall business objectives, driving growth and enhancing the seller experience. Your role will require you to be proactive in seeking out new partnerships and opportunities, ensuring that Catawiki remains at the forefront of the auction market.
