Box is hiring a Lead Generation Representative to drive sales activities and develop new customer leads in Japan. You'll engage with senior executives and collaborate closely with the sales team. This role requires experience in inside sales and lead qualification.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in inside sales, demonstrating success in lead qualification and customer engagement. Your experience includes outbound calling to generate new leads, and you possess strong communication skills to engage with senior executives effectively. You are passionate about inside sales and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, bringing a positive and enthusiastic mindset to your work. Your time management skills allow you to prioritize opportunities accurately and utilize internal resources effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is essential, and experience with SaaS products is a plus. You are fluent in Japanese at a business level, and proficiency in English is advantageous.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of Box's inside sales team, focusing on outbound calls to develop new customer leads. You will engage in high-level communication with senior executives to understand their needs and present Box's solutions effectively. Collaborating closely with the sales department, you will strategize on target lists and implement approaches to expand Box's market presence. You will also be responsible for following up on marketing leads from digital campaigns, conferences, and seminars, ensuring timely engagement with potential customers. Maintaining the target list and customer database will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to track progress and identify new opportunities for business growth.
