Sysdig is hiring a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to help organizations secure their cloud environments. You'll leverage your expertise in cloud security and solutions engineering to provide real-time insights and support to clients. This role requires strong technical skills and a passion for cloud security.
You have a strong background in cloud security and solutions engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. You understand the complexities of securing cloud environments and have a proven track record of helping organizations navigate these challenges. Your technical expertise allows you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on security goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within your team. You are driven by a desire to innovate and improve security practices, always looking for ways to enhance the solutions you provide.
Experience with open-source tools, particularly Falco, is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will set you apart. You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy tackling complex security issues head-on. A background in software development or engineering will also be beneficial in this role, as it allows you to understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are implementing.
