Overview

Lalamove is seeking a Business Development Leader for the Kansai area to drive B2B growth. You'll focus on acquiring new corporate clients and optimizing logistics solutions. This role requires a proactive approach and experience in outbound sales.

Who you are

You have a strong background in business development, particularly in B2B sales, and are eager to leverage your experience to expand Lalamove's presence in the Kansai region. You possess a proactive mindset, always looking for new opportunities to engage potential clients and drive growth. Your ability to think strategically and implement effective sales tactics will be crucial in identifying and targeting industries that have not yet been fully explored by the current team. You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively, sharing your successes and strategies with your colleagues to enhance the overall performance of the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Lalamove's B2B utilization in the Kansai area, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, wholesale, e-commerce, and restaurant chains. You will engage in outbound sales efforts, presenting Lalamove's platform as a solution to potential clients' logistics challenges. Your role will involve deepening your understanding of target industries and developing a unique sales pipeline that addresses their specific needs. You will also be tasked with proposing optimal plans that combine Lalamove's services to help clients reduce logistics costs and improve delivery efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Tokyo headquarters and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery for large projects and to address any special requirements from clients.
