Overview

Uber is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for their Autonomous Vehicles team to enhance the support experience for users. You'll handle customer interactions and advocate for process improvements. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

You have a strong command of English and Arabic, with a minimum C1 level in English. Your previous experience includes handling customer calls, preferably inbound, where you demonstrated exceptional communication skills. You are detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and have a natural curiosity that drives your dedication to improving your craft. Being a team player is essential for you, as you thrive in collaborative environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage customer interactions through inbound and outbound phone calls and messaging, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
