What you'll do

As a Technical Project Manager at Tanium, you will independently manage complex technical projects, ensuring that all objectives are met and that customer needs are prioritized. You will develop and manage project plans that outline success criteria and milestones, working closely with customers and partners to facilitate successful implementation of Tanium products. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between the Tanium Account Team and the customer’s team, ensuring that communication is clear and that all parties are aligned on project goals. You will be responsible for identifying and overcoming barriers to successful implementation, advocating for best practices, and ensuring a stable and performant Tanium infrastructure. You will also report on project progress and outcomes, providing insights that help shape future initiatives. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer success will be key to your success in this role.
