You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in marketplace monetization strategies. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the intricacies of user engagement and retention metrics, and you are adept at using data to inform your decisions. You possess strong leadership skills, having managed teams of product managers and driven successful product strategies in previous roles. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, sets you apart as a collaborative leader. You are passionate about education technology and are motivated by the mission to make learning limitless. You thrive in environments where you can influence product direction and drive meaningful outcomes for users.
Experience in the education technology sector or with subscription-based products would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies will help you in refining user flows and improving business outcomes. A background in data analysis tools and techniques will enable you to derive insights that inform product decisions.
