Kaseya is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead engagement with MSP aggregators and strategic customers. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and outcomes for high-value accounts. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills are essential.
You have a proven track record in managing strategic accounts, ideally within the IT infrastructure or security management sectors. Your experience includes leading teams and driving engagement with high-value clients, particularly in complex environments influenced by private equity and M&A activities. You possess strong strategic planning skills and can effectively oversee the execution of initiatives that enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
You are a natural leader, capable of mentoring and guiding Strategic Account Managers to achieve their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can represent the interests of both the company and its clients. You thrive in environments that require a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space or familiarity with IT solutions will be advantageous. A background in working with private equity firms or understanding M&A dynamics will set you apart. You are comfortable navigating complex account structures and can develop tailored strategies that resonate with diverse client needs.
