Checkr is seeking a Director of Commercial Sales to drive revenue growth and customer expansion. You'll lead a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives, focusing on new customer acquisition and account expansion. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution skills.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology sector. You excel in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your leadership style fosters a culture of performance and accountability, empowering your team to achieve their goals. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes. You have experience managing teams of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them develop their careers. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and can effectively partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the customer experience.
Experience in the commercial segment, particularly with companies that have a similar customer base size. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems is a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions.
As the Director of Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for driving sustained revenue growth within Checkr’s Commercial segment. You will develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts. Leading a team of Senior Managers and Commercial Account Executives, you will set clear goals and expectations, ensuring your team is equipped to meet their quotas. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance. Collaborating closely with the VP of Sales, you will play a critical role in scaling Checkr’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on customer value and partnership. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to innovate and find new ways to deliver value to customers. Regularly reporting on sales performance and metrics, you will use data to drive decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
