You'll engage with technical decision-makers and deliver technical wins across the APJ region, particularly for Mandarin-speaking customers. You are an experienced pre-sales engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You have a proven track record of building relationships with executives and technical decision-makers, demonstrating your ability to convey complex technical concepts in an engaging manner. Your experience includes working with customer engagement platforms, and you are comfortable navigating both technical and business discussions. You possess a deep understanding of the communications landscape and are familiar with the challenges businesses face in this space.
