Databricks is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and grow their team in the Benelux and Nordics regions. You'll be responsible for pipeline generation strategy and coaching BDRs. This role requires experience in sales development management and a strong focus on team growth.
You have a proven track record as a Sales Development Manager, consistently overachieving against quota and driving pipeline generation. Your experience includes growing sales development teams by recruiting and developing SDRs/BDRs, ensuring they receive the training and support necessary to succeed. You understand the importance of value selling and have a strategic mindset to shape pipeline generation strategies for your team.
You thrive in a leadership role, taking the primary responsibility for building and scaling an outstanding team. Your ability to analyze team performance and funnel data allows you to identify and fix inefficiencies, ensuring your team meets their multi-million dollar new business pipeline targets. You are comfortable working with cross-functional regional leadership to maximize your team's contributions and maintain strong reporting and accountability.
In this role, you will lead the sales development team in the Benelux and Nordics regions, focusing on recruiting top talent and developing their skills. You will shape the strategy for pipeline generation, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet their targets.
