Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia at a business level is a significant asset, enhancing your ability to connect with a diverse range of prospects. Experience in sales or customer service roles will further bolster your candidacy, as will familiarity with the cybersecurity industry.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for engaging and nurturing leads until they are qualified for the sales team. You will build rapport with prospects, transitioning cold inquiries into warm, responsive leads. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying new opportunities for BeyondTrust, ensuring that you provide qualified leads to the sales representatives. You will enter prospect information into Salesforce, maintaining accurate records of your interactions and progress. Additionally, you will enhance your product knowledge by regularly attending training sessions, which will empower you to communicate effectively about BeyondTrust's offerings. You will also attend field sales meetings as appropriate, supporting the sales team in their efforts to close deals. Your role will involve supporting marketing campaigns and promotional offers to optimize revenue, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
