At Amazon, we pioneer. We're looking for a Cross Border Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive international growth. You will develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple regions, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end marketing campaigns for cross-border initiatives
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies to drive international growth
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Manage promotional calendars across multiple regions
• Create and optimize marketing content for different markets
• Work backwards from customer needs to develop marketing solutions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience
• Experience with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding business goals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing
• International marketing experience
• Additional language proficiency
• Experience with Amazon Advertising Console or similar platforms
• Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques- 2+ years of program or project management experience- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
