Matillion is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Middle East. You'll leverage your expertise in the region to support existing customers and acquire new business. Fluency in Arabic is required for this role.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your understanding of the Middle Eastern market is deep, and you have successfully closed business in the region before. You are driven and curious, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and partners alike. You are fluent in Arabic, which is essential for engaging with public sector customers in the region. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of data integration with Matillion.

Desirable

Experience with data integration platforms or cloud technologies would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with public sector sales processes and requirements is also desirable. You are comfortable working with a partner ecosystem and have a knack for developing territories through direct sales efforts. Your ability to think strategically while executing tactically will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Matillion, you will be one of the first hires in the region, playing a crucial role in our expansion into the Middle East. You will support existing customers while focusing heavily on hunting for new logo acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the region.
