Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree, and you are proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables and VLookUps.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives within the 3P - External Fulfillment organization. You will focus on strategy and operations to drive growth and improve customer and seller experiences in the MENA region. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be a key part of your day-to-day activities, as you oversee the execution of speed programs and ensure efficient delivery experiences. You will monitor and analyze data, trends, and seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Your role will also involve articulating business and technical requirements to effect process changes, ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Staying updated on best practices and industry trends will be crucial as you work to enhance the speed and effectiveness of delivery processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
