As an Account Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting Senior Account Executives and Enterprise Account Managers in managing and closing new opportunities. You will focus on developing existing accounts within your defined territory, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships with commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for revenue growth and assisting in the sales process for add-on opportunities. You will engage with various teams, including Customer Success and Renewals, to coordinate territory strategies and ensure seamless communication for customers. Your responsiveness to prospects and customers will be vital in providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
