Overview

Guidepoint is hiring a Client Service Intern to support the Client Service team in connecting clients with subject-matter experts. This role requires strong communication skills in Japanese and English and offers mentorship opportunities.

What you'll do

In this internship, you will work closely with Associates, Research Managers, and Project Managers in the Client Service team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of multiple projects across different industries, ensuring that clients receive the expertise they need in a timely manner. You will engage in communication with experts globally, helping to recruit the right individuals based on client interests. This role will provide you with hands-on training and the chance to develop your project management and customer service skills.
