You understand the nuances of the Japanese market and can navigate its unique challenges effectively. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions, and you are comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in sales processes.
Experience in the DevSecOps or software development industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions. You have a network of contacts within the Japanese tech ecosystem and can leverage these relationships to accelerate growth. A background in working with remote teams and managing cross-cultural dynamics will also be beneficial in this role.
As the Director of Regional Sales - New Business, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives new customer acquisition across Japan. You will lead a team of Account Executives, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed.
