Deliverect is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth for Mid-Market and SMB partners in the Middle East. You'll act as a strategic partner, leveraging your understanding of API solutions to enhance customer relationships. This role requires a consultative approach and a strong sales mindset.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients is second to none, and you understand the importance of being a strategic partner to your customers. You possess a strong sales mindset, balancing relationship-building with performance-driven results. Your experience in the food or retail industries is a plus, as it allows you to connect with clients on a deeper level. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions, particularly around API solutions, and can translate complex concepts into actionable strategies for your clients.
Experience working with Mid-Market and SMB partners is highly desirable. Familiarity with the KSA market will give you an edge in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities present in this region. You are proactive and have a knack for identifying growth opportunities, ensuring that your clients maximize the potential of the Deliverect platform. Your consultative approach means you are not just a salesperson; you are a trusted advisor who helps clients achieve their business goals.
As a Senior Account Manager at Deliverect, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Mid-Market and SMB partners across the Middle East. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development, helping to shape the future of our offerings.
In this hybrid role, you will spend four days a week in our Dubai office, fostering strong relationships with your team and clients, while also enjoying the flexibility of working from home one day a week.
