2U is seeking a Product Manager to align team efforts with company strategies and drive product lifecycle processes. This role requires strong prioritization and communication skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and executing product strategies. You are data-driven and customer-focused, capable of setting project-based KPIs and utilizing customer insights to inform your decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively ensures that team priorities align with overall company goals and strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and designers to drive product initiatives.
You are skilled in managing the entire product lifecycle, from market research and customer analysis to product launch and lifecycle management. You understand the importance of documentation and communication in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to contribute their ideas and insights.
Experience with frameworks such as OKRs/OGSPs is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable using data analytics tools to track performance and inform product decisions. A background in education technology or digital learning platforms would be advantageous, as it aligns with 2U's mission to enhance educational access and quality.
