As the Director of Sales, you will lead the Americas GTM team, which is Cloudflare’s largest sales organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and customer adoption of Cloudflare's innovative solutions. You will work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. You will set clear sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, leveraging your understanding of market trends and customer needs.
You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for professional development. You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning.
In this role, you will analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using insights to refine sales tactics and enhance customer experiences. You will represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's commitment to building a better Internet and engaging with potential customers.
