What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Core Services group at Koalafi, overseeing product strategy and execution for mission-critical infrastructure. You will define the roadmap for new platform capabilities and guide the development of innovative solutions that modernize back-end systems. Your responsibilities will include hiring and mentoring a team of product managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel. You will collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to drive the modernization of legacy systems, focusing on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. You will also engage with senior business leaders to align product initiatives with overall company strategy, ensuring that your team's efforts contribute to Koalafi's mission of transforming the financing experience.
