SpaceX is hiring a Channel Sales Manager for their Starlink Enterprise Sales division to drive revenue growth in the LatAm region. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution skills. You'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets and managing channel operations.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in channel sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and executing high-growth strategies. Your experience includes developing and managing sales presentations and tools, as well as reporting on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives. You are motivated and curious, with the ability to lead a sales team effectively, treating the channel as an extension of the organization.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess market opportunities and risks while developing strategies to capitalize on them. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to present complex information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in the telecommunications or technology sectors is a plus, particularly with products related to broadband or satellite communications. Familiarity with the LatAm market and its unique challenges will be beneficial in this role. A background in business development or account management can also enhance your effectiveness in this position.
As a Channel Sales Manager for Starlink Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for exceeding revenue growth targets in the LatAm region. You will execute a high-growth scale strategy aimed at significantly increasing the business's footprint. This includes reporting on activity, pipeline generation, bookings, cash collection, activations, and consumption KPIs to ensure the health of the channel.
You will develop and manage presentations and prospecting tools that effectively communicate the value of Starlink's offerings to potential partners and customers. Supporting sales requests for alignment and opportunities will be a key part of your role, as will providing operational support for account management requests. You will become an expert in the Starlink product suite, enabling you to address customer needs and drive sales effectively.
Collaboration with internal teams will be essential, as you will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that the channel's needs are met and that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate those markets successfully.
