Overview

Suger.io is hiring a Sales Development Manager to design, lead, and scale outbound sales efforts for B2B companies. You'll focus on creating effective sales pipelines and leading a team. This role requires strong leadership and experimentation skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales development, particularly in B2B environments, and understand the nuances of selling through cloud marketplaces. Your experience includes designing and implementing effective outbound sales strategies that prioritize quality over quantity. You thrive in a role where you can lead from the front, guiding your team through structured experimentation and innovative approaches to sales. You are not just a manager; you are someone who enjoys owning the system and driving results through strategic thinking and execution. Your ability to analyze data and market trends allows you to identify the right targets and craft compelling messages that resonate with potential clients.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud marketplace sales channels such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. You are comfortable with technology and can leverage tools and platforms to enhance sales processes. A background in API-first revenue platforms would be beneficial, as it aligns with Suger.io's mission to streamline marketplace sales.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and leading outbound sales initiatives that align with Suger.io's growth objectives.
