Smartsheet is seeking a Regional Director to lead the DACH Sales team in exceeding sales quotas and developing customer accounts. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in building markets in the region.
You have a proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed performance targets — your experience includes developing customer accounts and driving new business opportunities. You understand the complexities of solution-based sales processes and can effectively coach account executives to build and execute successful account strategies. You have a history of building and making markets in the DACH region, both directly and through partners and channels.
