What you'll do

As a Facilities Coordinator at Amazon, you will lead a technical team responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance services on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure within the Fulfillment Center. You will be on call for emergencies and will manage external contractors to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Your role will involve developing plans to meet engineering departmental goals and ensuring that performance management is carried out effectively. You will work closely with the Reliability Engineering Manager and Site Leadership to implement safety and compliance programs, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff. You will also focus on achieving asset performance management metrics and raising the bar on performance and compliance KPIs.
