Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Partner Sales for the DACH region to lead partner teams and drive pipeline generation. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a focus on enabling co-selling initiatives.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on building and managing high-performing teams. Your experience spans over 5 years in partner sales or business development, where you've successfully driven revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders alike. You are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment, understanding that varied perspectives lead to better outcomes. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring that your team remains competitive in the fast-evolving tech landscape.

Desirable

Experience in the DACH region is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's product offerings. A background in cybersecurity or internet infrastructure will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can leverage CRM tools to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.

What you'll do

As the Director of Partner Sales for the DACH region, you will lead and mentor a team of partner sales professionals, driving Cloudflare's pipeline generation efforts. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Partner Sales - EMEA to develop and execute strategies that enhance co-selling initiatives with partners. Your role will involve identifying key partners and establishing strong relationships that align with Cloudflare's mission to build a better Internet. You will oversee the development of sales plans and ensure that your team is equipped with the necessary resources and training to succeed. Regularly analyzing performance metrics will be crucial to refining strategies and achieving sales targets. You will also represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and building brand awareness in the DACH market.
