Cloudflare is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer for their Digital Native Business team to drive technical sales and solution design. You'll work with Cloudflare's portfolio to ensure customer success and efficient adoption. This role requires strong technical acumen and customer engagement skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or pre-sales role, where you've successfully engaged with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your technical background allows you to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring that clients see the value in the solutions you propose. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and technical teams to drive customer success. You possess a strong understanding of internet technologies and how they can be leveraged to improve business outcomes. Your curiosity and empathy drive you to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-evolving industry.
Experience with Cloudflare products or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with the digital native business landscape will help you relate to clients and understand their unique challenges. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform your solution strategies. A background in software development or IT infrastructure can enhance your ability to design effective solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical sale of Cloudflare's solutions to digital native businesses. You will engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate how Cloudflare can meet their needs. Your role will involve creating and presenting solution designs that align with customer goals, ensuring they receive maximum value from our offerings. You will collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies for customer engagement and retention.
