Careem is seeking an Associate Director for Careem Box to lead the development of their B2C delivery service. You'll work on enhancing customer experience and driving growth in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

In this role, you will lead the Careem Box team, focusing on the development and growth of the B2C delivery service. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Careem's overall goals. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create a seamless user experience that meets customer needs. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. You will set key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvement. You will also mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. As part of the New Ventures team, you will contribute to the overall strategy for Careem's next growth horizon, ensuring that Careem remains a leader in the market.
Careem offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid model, allowing you to work four days in the office and one day from home.
