Job Description

The Ops PXT team is looking for an exceptional HR Program manager reporting directly to the PXT leader for AMET (Africa, Middle East and Turkey) and India. As a senior leader in this space, you will work closely with the PXT leadership team owning, executing, and delivering strategic priorities inclusive of HR and Business Org Effectiveness, service delivery models, and a diverse set of transformative programs and projects (both existing and new). As a Principal HR Program Manager, you'll be a strategic force multiplier, bridging programmatic excellence with business partnership.

This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive results in a complex, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale programs and driving organizational change at an enterprise level.

Strategic Leadership:
• Architect and execute multi-year PXT strategic roadmaps aligned with business and functional objectives at scale
• Translate key strategic plans into projects, identifying requirements and relevant stakeholder groups
• Develop insights, for senior leadership
• Lead large-scale, complex transformation initiatives that shape our business
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the organization
• Influence executive decisions through data-driven insights and drive alignment across multiple business units
• Partner with senior leadership to define program strategy and priorities
• Present regular updates to executive leadership on program status and outcomes

Program Management & Execution:
• Spearhead mission-critical PXT programs with significant business and functional impact
• Design and implement HR frameworks and methodologies
• Lead resource planning and budget management for major initiatives
• Create and implement metrics and reporting systems to track program effectiveness
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Develop best practices and standard operating procedures
• Champion change management initiatives across the organization- Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment- Tech Fluency
