You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams. Your expertise in the programmatic landscape, particularly in areas such as CTV, 1p Data, and Retail Media, sets you apart as a candidate. You thrive in complex and fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to navigate organizational challenges while driving growth and scaling a defined book of business. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively across various functions, including sales, product, marketing, and services, ensuring that client needs are met with innovative solutions.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to develop and execute sales plans that align with business objectives.
