Overview

Snowflake is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build client relationships within enterprise businesses. You'll develop sales strategies and marketing plans to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales processes.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships and have a deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Your ability to negotiate and close agreements is complemented by your strong presentation and listening skills. You are self-managed and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to innovate and improve your approach to sales.

You understand the importance of aligning with clients' needs and can effectively communicate how your solutions can help them achieve their goals. Your organizational skills and contact management capabilities ensure that you stay on top of your sales pipeline and client interactions. You are driven by results and are motivated to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with data solutions. You are comfortable working with marketing teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement. A background in IT or enterprise software sales will help you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are selling.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Snowflake, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas for your allocated customers on a quarterly and annual basis. You will develop a sales strategy tailored to your territory, identifying target prospects and creating a regional sales plan that aligns with company goals.
