What you'll do

In your role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have a significant impact on the firm's growth by identifying and selecting top talent. You will act as a brand ambassador for AlphaSights, being the first point of contact for candidates and helping them understand why the firm is a great place to work. You will manage candidate communications and guide them through the interview process from application to hire. Your responsibilities will include reviewing resumes and assessing candidates to spot the next generation of Client Service talent. You will work alongside driven individuals who are committed to excellence and improving the firm.
