OKX is seeking a Sales Analyst to support lead generation and unlock new sales opportunities within the OKX ecosystem. You'll analyze client data to identify high-value prospects and engage directly with customers. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in sales.

You have a strong analytical mindset and experience in sales analysis, ideally within the financial or crypto sectors. Your ability to interpret client data and identify trends is crucial for success in this role. You are comfortable engaging with customers directly, using your communication skills to qualify leads and assess their potential. You understand the importance of prioritizing high-value prospects and can effectively filter through data to find opportunities. You are motivated by the challenge of recapturing traders and supporting a high-touch service model for new clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of the OKX ecosystem.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze and filter OKX’s existing UAE registered users to identify and prioritize potential high-value prospects. You will use various criteria such as occupation, address, income, and trading activity to assess the potential of these users. Engaging directly with customers through calls and outreach will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities, as you qualify leads and pass them to senior business development managers for activation and upsell.
