You have a strong background in revenue planning and governance, with a proven track record of leading revenue forecasting initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to surface key insights that drive strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively. Your experience in e-commerce gives you a deep understanding of pricing, promotions, and seasonality, which are crucial for optimizing margins. You are proficient in financial modeling and have advanced Excel skills, which you leverage to analyze complex data sets. Familiarity with ERP and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is essential for your role, as you will be using these tools to visualize data and present findings to senior leadership.

Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to understand the nuances of revenue governance in a fast-paced environment. You are a curious problem-solver who is eager to apply AI to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead short- and long-term revenue planning across Careem's grocery e-commerce business. You will be responsible for revenue forecasting, performance tracking, and pricing governance, ensuring that revenue targets are met. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you surface insights that drive accountability and enable profitable growth. You will collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Finance, Category, Operations, and Growth to align on revenue strategies and initiatives. Your ability to influence stakeholders will be key in driving governance and ensuring that all teams are aligned with revenue goals. You will also be tasked with optimizing margins by analyzing pricing strategies and promotional activities, ensuring that Careem remains competitive in the market.
