Verkada is seeking a National Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through a network of reseller partners in the Midwest. You'll be responsible for building pipeline and executing strategic plans to enhance Verkada's market presence. This role requires strong strategic thinking and collaboration across teams.
You have a proven track record in channel sales management, ideally with experience in technology or security solutions. Your strategic thinking skills allow you to develop and execute effective channel strategies that drive measurable growth. You excel in building relationships with partners and have a knack for identifying new business opportunities. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and partner management, to achieve common goals. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can analyze market trends to inform your strategies. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
In this role, you will be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach by developing and managing a network of high-performing large value-added resellers (LVARs). You will drive net new business through the channel, building a robust pipeline and executing strategic plans that result in measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of channel partnerships. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success. You will also track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet growth targets. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
