Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead sales efforts in Japan. You'll work with a diverse team to help customers adopt Cloudflare's solutions. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience in the tech industry.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the technology sector, and possess strong leadership skills that inspire your team to achieve ambitious targets. Your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and foster customer relationships. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and understand the nuances of selling technical solutions to a diverse clientele, from small businesses to large enterprises.
You are a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and facilitate collaboration across teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous learning and development, both for yourself and your team.
Experience in cybersecurity or internet infrastructure sales is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable using data and analytics to inform your sales approach and can leverage CRM tools to track performance and optimize processes.
As the Director of Enterprise Sales for Cloudflare in Japan, you will lead a team of sales professionals focused on driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise customers. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with Cloudflare's mission to build a better Internet, ensuring that your team is equipped to address customer needs effectively.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through to post-sale support. Your role will involve mentoring and coaching your team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their individual and collective goals.
You will be responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed those targets. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts will be essential, as will your ability to articulate the value of Cloudflare's solutions in addressing their unique challenges.
