You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the technology sector, and possess strong strategic thinking skills that enable you to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Your experience includes building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize sales processes. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about technology and understand the nuances of the software development lifecycle, particularly in the context of DevSecOps. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Experience in the AI or DevSecOps space is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific markets of Israel, Turkey, the Balkans, and Malta. A network of contacts within these regions can be beneficial for establishing relationships and driving sales.
