BitGo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work closely with institutional clients in Japan. You'll leverage your industry expertise to help clients maximize their investment and drive adoption of BitGo's digital asset solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of client needs.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You understand the digital asset landscape and can navigate complex client needs with ease. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for clients to maximize their investment in BitGo's offerings. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
