You have a strong background in vendor management and performance optimization, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your strategic mindset allows you to align vendor performance with organizational objectives, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. You are skilled in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive meaningful outcomes and enhance service delivery.
Your analytical skills enable you to evaluate vendor performance through data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. You excel in managing relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Your ability to analyze feedback data from vendor satisfaction surveys allows you to generate actionable insights that enhance service quality.
You are adept at overseeing business review processes, ensuring that evaluations are thorough and data-driven. Your experience in managing rebates, penalties, and incentives (RP&I) workstreams demonstrates your understanding of the financial implications of vendor performance. You are committed to developing standard operating procedures and best practices that streamline vendor performance management processes.
Experience in the real estate or facilities management sector is a plus, as is familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance. You have a proven track record of building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance and contracts, to support performance requirements.
In this role, you will lead the evolution of GREF's Vendor Performance Program strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization's objectives and customer obsession principles. You will oversee the development and implementation of vendor KPIs, collaborating closely with business partners to define metrics that drive desired outcomes. Your responsibilities will include managing quarterly and annual business review processes, ensuring a data-driven evaluation of vendor performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
You will drive the rebates, penalties, and incentives workstream, focusing on contract compliance and financial impact tracking. Additionally, you will own the vendor satisfaction survey program, analyzing feedback data to generate actionable insights for service enhancement. Your role will involve developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, toolkits, and best practices for vendor performance management.
You will partner with GREF Contracts, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure that contract terms support performance requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors will be crucial to your success, as you will work to ensure world-class service delivery across GREF's global vendor portfolio.
