Flex is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of sales development representatives focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with partners and customers. This hybrid role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development.

In this role, you will lead a team of 5–8 sales development representatives, guiding them to achieve and exceed their pipeline generation goals. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and drive results. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing feedback to ensure continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking team metrics and reporting on performance to senior leadership. Your role will be critical in shaping the future of the sales development team and contributing to the company's growth.
