OKX is seeking a P2P Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the CIS P2P marketplace. You'll focus on expanding partnerships and optimizing performance in the crypto space. This role requires strong business development skills and fluency in Russian.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally within the fintech or crypto sectors, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Russian. Your experience includes successfully managing partnerships and driving growth strategies in competitive markets. You are data-driven and can define and track KPIs effectively, ensuring that your initiatives lead to measurable results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance overall performance. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-evolving landscape of the cryptocurrency market, identifying new business opportunities as they arise.
