You have a strong background in managing B2B contracts and a keen eye for detail — your organizational skills enable you to interpret complex contract obligations effectively. You excel in problem-solving and are adept at identifying opportunities for process optimization, ensuring that contractual payment obligations are met efficiently. Your communication skills are exemplary, allowing you to coordinate seamlessly between sales, accounts payable, and other stakeholder teams. Experience in managing contracts across public and private sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with various payment types and currencies. You are comfortable working with numbers and have a strong analytical mindset that helps you navigate the complexities of contract management.
In this role, you will lead the ownership of contract payment obligations across a significant B2B global business. You will coordinate invoice reconciliation processes with external customers and manage purchase order generation processes with internal teams. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing tools and processes that enhance efficiency and productivity in contracting payment operations. You will also advise on payment terms and ensure that best practices are shared across the organization. Your role will require you to stay engaged with various stakeholders, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
