InterSystems is seeking a Channel Manager to lead the partner strategy in Spain and Portugal. You'll strengthen existing alliances and recruit new partners to drive indirect business growth. This role requires experience in channel management and strategic partnerships.
You have a strong background in channel management, ideally with experience in the technology sector. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with partners, and you have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships. You are skilled in working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and presales teams to achieve common goals. You are proactive in identifying new market opportunities and have the ability to adapt strategies to meet local market needs. You are a strong communicator, capable of engaging with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
As the Channel Manager for Iberia, you will define and execute the channel strategy for Spain and Portugal, ensuring it aligns with global objectives while addressing local market needs. You will strengthen relationships with existing partners, boosting their commercial activity and ensuring they are well-equipped through certification and specialization. Your role will involve identifying and recruiting new partners, including integrators, ISVs, and distributors, to expand coverage and enhance business generation capacity. You will work closely with Account Managers, Growth Managers, and the Marketing team to coordinate joint actions, campaigns, and co-marketing programs that generate pipeline through the channel. Additionally, you will prioritize and oversee channel plans, ensuring the efficient use of funds and resources, including MDF, training, and incentives. You will lead channel sales reporting and forecasting, providing visibility into pipeline, results, and partner performance.
