You have extensive experience in fleet operations, ideally within the automotive or technology sectors, and possess a strong understanding of operational strategies that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your leadership skills enable you to manage diverse teams effectively, fostering an inclusive environment that values unique perspectives. You are adept at navigating complex challenges and thrive in dynamic settings, where your problem-solving abilities shine. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable leveraging analytics to inform operational improvements. Your communication skills allow you to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.

Desirable

Experience with AI technology or automated driving systems would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with the Japanese market and its regulatory landscape. A background in project management or strategic planning can further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As the Head of Fleet Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet management in Japan, ensuring that operations align with Wayve's mission to enhance automated driving systems.
