Compliance Analyst, CDD Operations (KYB)

You have a solid background in compliance and risk management, ideally with experience in customer due diligence (CDD) and know your business (KYB) principles. You understand the importance of regulatory obligations and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer risk effectively, and you are comfortable using validation tools to verify documentation. Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You are proactive in identifying potential compliance issues and are skilled at communicating these to relevant stakeholders. A background in legal or regulatory affairs would also be beneficial, enhancing your ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases, ensuring that the application of KYB principles aligns with the company's policies. You will review KYB documents obtained from customers, utilizing validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation. Your role will involve requesting appropriate CDD and enhanced due diligence (EDD) documentation from customers to ensure that the AML onboarding process is thorough and compliant. You will collaborate closely with other teams to advise on regulatory obligations and enterprise risk, contributing to the overall compliance culture at OKX.
