Samsara is hiring an Account Development Representative to generate opportunities for their EMEA business through outbound outreach. This role offers training and growth potential towards becoming an Account Executive.

Who you are

You are an aspiring sales professional eager to kickstart your career in account development. With a strong desire to learn and grow, you are ready to engage with potential clients and help them understand the value of IoT solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to work with a world-class team of sales professionals. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable with outbound outreach to generate leads. You are motivated by the prospect of advancing to an Account Executive role and are committed to achieving your targets.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with the technology industry, particularly IoT, will help you understand the products and solutions you will be representing. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

As an Account Development Representative at Samsara, you will be responsible for sourcing pipelines for our EMEA business. You will engage in outbound outreach to generate opportunities and set up meetings for the sales team. Your daily activities will include researching potential clients, crafting personalized outreach messages, and following up with leads to nurture relationships. You will receive training both on the job and through formal programs to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in sales. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to understand their needs and support their efforts in closing deals. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on strategies for improving outreach and lead generation.
