Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director for their Payments division to drive complex deals in the financial services and fintech sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of digital assets and the ability to engage with diverse clients.

You have extensive experience in sales, particularly within the financial services or fintech sectors, and a proven track record of closing complex deals. Your understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology positions you as a knowledgeable leader in this rapidly evolving industry. You are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and have a strategic mindset that allows you to navigate the complexities of the digital asset landscape. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales efforts for Fireblocks' Payments division, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will engage with some of the largest financial institutions and recognized brands, showcasing how Fireblocks' platform can enhance their digital asset operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to ensure that client needs are met and that the sales strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth within the digital asset space. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior sales team members, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
