What you'll do

As the Director of Public Sector Solution Engineering, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the Solutions Engineering team. You will set goals and define the team's vision, ensuring alignment with AvePoint's overall business objectives. Your role will involve managing and developing a high-performing team, which includes hiring and onboarding new members, providing coaching and mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of AvePoint's solutions within the public sector, working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Your leadership will help shape the team's approach to delivering innovative solutions that meet the demands of the market.

In addition to team management, you will be involved in strategic planning and execution, collaborating with other departments to ensure that the Solutions Engineering team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.
