We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives for Amazon Global Store across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This role will shape the future of cross-border e-commerce in one of our fastest-growing markets, focusing on unique regional requirements and opportunities.
Qualifications:
• PnL Experience of 100MM USD Businesses with E2E ownership
10+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to MENA markets
• Deep understanding of e-commerce landscape in MENA region, including consumer behavior, payment preferences, and regulatory environment
• Strong track record of launching and scaling products in MENA markets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated business impact
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies and cultures
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or Turkish language proficiency highly preferred- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner- Experience owning technology products
